Single-family homes, apartments, condominiums and townhomes make up Lombard’s 17,000 households, with the average single-family home price being roughly $300,000, and the average condominium and townhome price $194,000. In the north and central portions of the village, tree-lined neighborhoods with turn-of-the-century architecture abound, while newer subdivisions have been built in the eastern, western and southern areas of the town.
