Mokena Shopping and Dining
Mokena offers a pleasant mix of shopping and dining opportunities, ranging from family-owned stores and restaurants to new shopping centers and dining chains along LaGrange Road and 191st Street.
Each Saturday from May to October, Mokena hosts an open-air French Market in the Metra parking lot at Front Street and Wolf Road. The market features open-air stalls to create the ambience of a European marketplace. The market is an attractive addition to the historic downtown area.
