Mount Prospect Worship
Long ago, the first settlers in the area realized the importance of faith in establishing a strong sense of community, and built the town’s first churches to reflect their conviction.
Over the years, religion has had a strong presence in the lives of citizens. Today, Mount Prospect’s faith community is as strong and vibrant as ever. The faithful gather in any one of more than a dozen nearby worship facilities that hold services throughout the week and represent a broad spectrum of beliefs.
Religious leaders work hand in hand with civic groups and are active in the daily lives of residents. They provide valuable care, offer direction and lend comfort and relief to those in need.
