Dear Readers:
We hope you’ll enjoy reading and using this new 2010 Lifestyle Magazine and Business Directory. In addition to being a valuable resource for Village residents, community leaders, Chamber members and other businesses, it includes some interesting feature stories and beautiful color photos.
We feel this magazine reflects the spirit of Mount Prospect in being a community that brings together residents, businesses, organizations and government with a common purpose for the good of all. You’ll read this in the stories about our members and see it in every day interactions with neighbors, merchants and the other people who make up our wonderful community.
As you know, our Chamber of Commerce serves local businesses, while also helping to make Mount Prospect a better place to work and live. We have adopted the slogan of “Leading Business, Leading Communities.” The Chamber is working with numerous business groups and community groups to make our community a place where people want to live, work and shop.
Our Web site, www.mountprospectchamber.org, has been designed to be a valuable resource and tool for both residents and businesses, including community information, upcoming special events in the “Calendar” with access to all community organizations and “Job Search” and “Hot Deals” information offered by our members. This publication will also be available online, on our homepage, for your convenience.
