Visitor's Bureau

The Oswego Visitors Bureau is a program of the Oswego Economic Development Corporation. The OEDC is a public/private partnership that facilitates the retention, expansion and attraction of business investment to enhance the economic vitality and quality of life for the Oswego community. Since its inception in 1996, the OEDC has been the economic engine of Oswego. During that time, Oswego has been transformed from a small town to one of the fastest growing municipalities in Illinois.

The OEDC staff can provide information on available sites, demographics and growth projections, traffic counts and compressive plan and zoning maps. For information on opening a business in Oswego, call the OEDC at (630) 554-1776 or visit our website at www.oswego-illinois.org.

In 2002, the OEDC was designated as the official agency to promote tourism in the Village of Oswego. On January 2, 2003, the OEDC launched the Oswego Visitors Bureau. The mission of the bureau is to promote tourism within the Village of Oswego, with emphasis on the attraction of overnight visitors. If you are planning to visit Oswego, please call the Oswego Visitors Bureau at (630) 551-0167 or visit our website at www.visitoswego.org. l
