“The housing market in St. Charles has been going along pretty well,” explained George Schaaf, Jr. from Schaaf Window, a prosperous company that has been a strong part of the St. Charles housing market for several years. “We have done a lot of work in the past and are doing current work on new housing construction in the area.”
