The Taylorville Municipal Airport offers a 4,000 x 74 foot lighted asphalt runway, and a 1,900 x 200 foot turf runway for private planes (Lear jets, Falcons, and small aircraft accepted). Major municipal airports are in close proximity for commuter, national, and international flights.
