The Tinley Park Public Library provides the latest in technology and current materials. The state-of-the-art facility provides a comfortable place to relax, use a computer, read a newspaper or receive answers to your questions.

Concerts, storytimes, book discussions, movies, computer classes and educational programs for all ages help the library serve as a connection spot for the community to gather and enjoy all that Tinley Park Public Library has to offer.
If you are new to the community, don’t hesitate to stop by the library to obtain a library card. Any resident of Tinley Park or Orland Hills, regardless of age, may apply for a card. To qualify, you must live in incorporated Tinley Park or Orland Hills, and must show current proof of residency such as a utility bill and a photo id.
The Tinley Park Public Library is open year-round, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-9 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; and Sunday, Noon-5 p.m. The library is located at 7851 Timber Dr., just south of the 80th Avenue Metra Station in Tinley Park.
