Letter from the Tinley Park Mayor
On behalf of the Village’s nearly 60,000 proud citizens, I am pleased to greet new and continuing members of our Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce. As you know, our Village offers the best in suburban living—wonderful residential neighborhoods, a wide range of entertainment opportunities and a dynamic business community—and we are grateful to Chamber members for helping us attain our goals.
We continue to attract prime business and hospitality industry development, award-winning restaurants and a large selection of high-profile hotels. Our strong local economy—a diverse mix of retail, office, industry and entertainment businesses—has benefited both residents and companies who have chosen to make Tinley Park their home.
The revitalized historic downtown area has become an exciting destination point for visitors from the entire area and a popular venue for numerous community activities and entertainment choices. In addition, the construction of a major downtown commercial and residential project, Tinley Park Place, will add to the appeal of this dynamic area.
This progress has been made possible through the vision of our community leaders with the support of our partners in the Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce and our dedicated residents.
