Prices range from below $100,000 for a condominium to $600,000 and up for luxury homes. The average sales price for a home in 2001 was $216,021. Rents range from about $850 to $2,200, depending on the location and size of the rental unit.

In 1993, the Village of Woodridge enacted the Multi-Family Licensing Ordinance. This ordinance assures quality housing standards for all buildings under one ownership with three or more dwelling units and at least seventy percent of which are offered for rental or lease. Since its inception $18 million in capital improvements have been reinvested in the multi-family communities throughout the Village.
