Brownsburg has several parks with walking/jogging paths, creeks and playground equipment for children. White Lick Creek is visible from many areas of Brownsburg. A number of playing fields in and around Brownsburg are dedicated to the Junior Soccer League, Junior Football League, Little League Baseball, Girls’ Softball and Youth Basketball.

Summer in Brownsburg includes several family activities such as the Lions’ July 4th Extravaganza, a huge craft show and even a five-ring circus. Many families enjoy year-round sports events including high school basketball, football, swimming and baseball. In addition to youth leagues, a number of adult leagues including basketball, softball and volleyball form in Brownsburg year round.

Eagle Creek Park and Reservoir, one of the largest city parks in the United States, is located only five minutes from Brownsburg on the west side of Indianapolis. Beautiful country clubs and golf facilities include Crooked Stick Golf Course, the site of a PGA Tournament and a LPGA Championship, and the new West Chase Golf Club.
