Crawfordsville sits on a tree-laden crest overlooking Sugar Creek, whose waters gently flow through well-established neighborhoods. Manicured lawns envelop Queen Anne style Victorian homes draped in ivy. Developing neighborhoods attract transferees, empty nesters, and new homeowners, thanks to their close proximity to schools, shopping and city parks. New condominiums and apartment complexes are also being built as commercial developments are completed.
