The setting sun doesn’t necessarily signal the end of the day for Decatur County residents and businesses. A typical weekend evening finds people at the bowling alley, the roller rink (where residents perfect their in-line skating skills, too), or the recently established multi-screen movie theater.

The casino boats in Lawrenceburg, Rising Sun, and Vevay are a quick trip to the south, and residents can access the symphonies, theaters, and professional sporting teams in Cincinnati and Indianapolis without crimping their sleeping hours before work the next morning.
