Kendallville is home to Parkview Noble Hospital, a member of the Parkview Health system, a regional provider of medical care to more than 45,000 persons in the tri-state area of Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. Parkview Noble's current roster of 126 highly skilled physicians represents virtually every medical specialty. Together with a dedicated nursing staff, excellent patient care is assured. Parkview Noble's Emergency Room is prepared to handle unexpected situations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Other hospital units include medical/surgical, constant care, obstetrics, radiology, cardiopulmonary, laboratory, physical rehabilitation, and more. Parkview Noble's Home Health and Hospice provides care to acute and chronically ill patients. Additionally, many specialty clinics are offered to the community through Parkview Noble, including cardiology, colorectal, gastroenterology, neurology, opthamology, orthopedic, podiatry, pulmonology, wound-care clinics and others.

With growth on the horizon, the existing 44-bed facility is slated to close with the opening of our new, state-of-the-art hospital, with anticipated completion in late 2003 or early 2004.

Many medical professionals have established their private offices in Kendallville. Included among them are obstetricians/gynecologists, pediatricians, podiatrists, dentists, orthodontist, chiropractors, and optometrists.

Kendallville offers a choice of health clubs. Cole Center Family YMCA offers a multitude of health and fitness options. Balanced Approach Fitness and Nutrition Center offers a combined emphasis, with counseling on nutrition and an 8,000 sq. ft. fitness center. Karate, steppers, treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers, free weights and machine weights are available at this membership health club. Women can work out at their convenience in the comfort of Kendallville's new Sleek Silhouettes, a fitness center exclusively for women.
