Doing business in Munster also affords opportunities to take advantage of incentives and assistance offered through the town and through the Lake County Economic Development Department public/private partnerships programs. Current industrial parks include Midwest Center Business Park (a 65-acre site in the southwest area of town that is ideal for offices, distribution and light manufacturing) and Lake Business Center (also on the southwest side of town), which offers 1.1-million square feet of manufacturing/warehouse space and an additional 110,000-square feet for offices.
