Arts & Entertainment
If you are interested in the arts, Boone has several opportunities for you to actively participate in. The Boone Community Theatre presents productions several times each year and the Boone Municipal Band offers a series of outdoor summer concerts at the Herman Park Pavilion. Des Moines Area Community College and Boone High School also have active drama departments. The Boone High School Music Department also has numerous concerts and performances throughout the school year.
