Buena Vista County is conveniently located, with easy access from Highway 3, 7 and 71. Which means it’s an easy drive for residents and visitors alike, whether it be from Omaha, Kansas City, or Chicago. A three-runway airport three miles south of Storm Lake also serves the area. Additional flight connections for travelers may be made out of Sioux City’s Gateway Airport or the Fort Dodge Regional Airport, both an hour away.
