Eye to the Future

To maintain the quality living environment that its citizens demand and that its public officials desire, the City of Pleasant Hill has undertaken major planning efforts to guide the city well into the 21st Century.

This has included a corridor plan along U.S. Highway 163 and along U.S. Highway 65 Bypass, a planned recreational complex in conjunction with the Southeast Polk High School and a comprehensive development plan that will serve as a guide for the future development of the city.
