The parish also offers beautiful, state-of-the-art golf courses for a great day on the greens and several public boat launches for fun on the water. Jambalaya Park

Jambalaya Park is one of the newest recreational parks in Gonzales, which features a beautiful set of fountains as the main centerpiece. Jambalaya Park is also the site of the ever-popular “sprayground” where children can cool off and play during our warm summer months. Jambalaya Park’s other amenities include: an amphitheatre, reflecting pond, Olympic-size swimming pool, “riverwalk,” fishing pier and a shaded picnic area.

Pelican Point Golf Club features two 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a driving range, a pro-shop and a full dine-in restaurant. The Links Course is a semi-private, British-style golf course with Louisiana flair. The Lakes Course is newly renovated with beautiful Championship Bermuda greens.
Riverdale Golf Club
