Sanford-Springvale Churches and Community Groups
Sanford is strong in community spirit and diverse in heritage and beliefs. The residents have established and support a number of churches offering a wide range of religions and denominations.
There are a number of clubs and organization, such as Rotary, Kiwanis, Elks, Lions, Eastern Star, Rainbow Girls and Altrusa. There are numerous groups, such as the Art Association of Sanford and the Literacy Volunteers of Greater Sanford, in which to get involved and become integrated within the community, no matter what your talents may be.
