Sanford-Springvale has 12 miles of retail and dining establishments, financial institutions and more.
Springvale is home to the Nasson Community Center and the Little Theater; the Anderson Learning Center, the University College Sanford, So. Maine Regional Planning Commission; and various other state and county groups; Maine District Court House; financial institutions; the Post Office; and the newly renovated Sanford-Springvale Historical Museum.
Downtown Sanford has the Mid-Town Mall, financial institutions, various restaurants, Post Office, Willard Park/Central Park and the Sanford Town Hall and Annex.
Further down Main Street are Marden’s, Wal-mart and the Center for Shopping, along with various eating establishments and financial institutions.
Additional retail stores and eating establishments can be found near the airport and the Business and Industrial area.
