The communities that the Sterling Heights Area Chamber of Commerce serves are those Cities of Sterling Heights and Utica, and Shelby Township. These communities have consistently been ranked over the last several years as being among the fastest growing in the state. This growth is projected to continue throughout the years to come because of the abundance of developmental lands, highly rated schools, better than average roads, multiple major inter-state highways and expressways, a wide selection of retail and service centers, a large selection of healthcare clinics and hospitals, and is known as being among the safest communities in which to live and raise a family.
