Ready to Serve
The nineteen cities and three townships listed in this booklet are diversified in the details of local government. There may or may not be a City Manager. Council Members may be elected at-large or by ward. One thing is common to nearly all of them, however. In the neighborly small- town environment that pervades Anoka County, city government officials are accessible, open, and helpful.

Faith Community
The Twin Cities are home to nearly 100 different denominations of churches, as well as synagogues, mosques, and other places of worship. The area's strong religious tradition coupled with its rich cultural diversity fosters a lively and varied religious community.
