Eureka is located in the westernmost part of St. Louis County. Its proximity to I-44 allows residents an easy commute to downtown St. Louis.

State Highway 109 provides north access to Wildwood and south access to rapidly growing Jefferson County. Lambert International Airport and Spirit of St. Louis Airport are also easily accessible from Eureka.
