Welcome to the Flourishing Valley! The Florissant Valley Chamber of Commerce was chartered in January 1955.
This group of interested businesses and individuals has expanded to a vital community force who believe that a growing and prosperous economy enriches the lives of the citizens who live and work in Florissant Valley.
By fostering the development of business growth and prosperity the entire area enjoys an improved quality of life.
A Chamber’s strength lies in the members and diversity of its membership. Both large and small businesses from all professions are represented, and influence the Chamber’s programs.
Chamber membership is valuable to a business because it provides avenues for business interaction and promotion, business advocacy plus community enrichment. Just to the north and west of downtown St. Louis and its glimmering Gateway Arch, stands a vibrant, burgeoning community where families, businesses, civic organizations, churches and schools have come together to create an area of which they can be proud.
The Florissant Valley Chamber’s trade area encompasses the area of St. Louis County, generally lying north of Interstate Highway 270 and including the cities of Florissant, Hazelwood, Black Jack plus the unincorporated Spanish Lake area.
