Forsyth R-III School District is a strong part of a community that has a long tradition of support and partnership with the Forsyth area. Forsyth Schools is a district that is focused on the goal to"Equip students for their next stage in life." To prepare students as well as engage them to be active learners, we have a 1:1 technology program that provides a laptop for each student in grades 5-12. The instructional format at Forsyth Schools works to offer the skills, knowledge and learning opportunities necessary to make our graduates competitive in a global society. Forsyth Schools is an A+ school. The A+ program provides scholarship funds to eligible graduates who attend a participating public community college or vocational/technical school, or certain private two-year vocational/technical schools. We offer these experiences while hosting an average class size of 20 students. We offer a wide range of extra-curricular programs that are designed to enrich our student's experience here at Forsyth Schools. Our campus is situated on one site that includes a multipurpose turf field, a performing arts center and storm shelter. Forsyth Schools would welcome you to visit our campus and see firsthand the excellent educational opportunity we offer our students!
