Notable Lakes

Bull Shoals Lake
Characterized by crystal water, Bull Shoals Lake hails as one of the cleanest lakes in the U.S. While it is known for its Largemouth Bass fishing, the lake is also stocked with Walleye, Crappie, Whites, Bluegills, Smallmouth Bass and Catfish. Fishing is not all there is to do on the lake. Spend a day partaking in water sports or hop in a canoe and sail the waters. And with 1,000 miles of shoreline, patrons can have some fun on land. Hiking, horseback riding, golfing, hunting and more can all be enjoyed here.

Lake Taneycomo
Since the construction of Table Rock Dam in 1958, Lake Taneycomo has become a cold-water fishery, housing primarily trout. Each year, approximately 700,000 rainbow trout and 10,000 brown trout are stocked into the lake. Nearly 90 percent of fish caught are rainbow trout. The upper three miles of Lake Taneycomo is ideal for fly-fishing and wading. In addition to the ample fishing opportunities are activities such as boating, hunting and hiking.

Table Rock Lake
As the third scenic lake of the region, Table Rock encompasses 800 miles of pristine shoreline and promises world-class fishing, water skiing, parasailing, jet skiing and unlimited recreation on the lake and land.
