Quality public and private schools serve the residents of Richmond Heights. The four public school districts are (in alphabetical order) the Brentwood School District; the Clayton School District; the Ladue School District; and the Maplewood-Richmond Heights School District. Three private, parochial elementary schools are located in Richmond Heights. They are Immacolata Catholic School, Little Flower Catholic School, and St. Luke The Evangelist Catholic School.
Several colleges and universities — some within walking distance — are located on campuses near the City.
