Our community is full of fun things to do! There is a Tri-County YMCA, a number of parks, a raceway, an ice rink and two eighteen hole public golf courses in Wentzville. The Wentzville Progress Park has a swimming pool with water slide, gymnasium, work out area, playground and ball field. This park is also home to the annual Fourth of July celebration with one of the best fireworks displays in the County. Residents are just forty minutes from major sporting events in downtown St. Louis.

Nearby O’Fallon is home to the River City Rascals, a semi-pro baseball team. St. Charles is home to the St. Charles Family Center that hosts the St. Louis Renegades (football), the St. Louis Swarm (basketball), and the St. Louis River Otters (hockey). The Ameristar Casino on the Missouri River is also located in St. Charles. The Americas Exposition Park in nearby Lake St. Louis provides equestrian shows throughout the year. The Wentzville Parks Department offers a wide and varied slate of recreation programs including classes and both competitive and individual sports for all ages, plus fun-filled summer activities for children.
