Founded in 1884, Missouri Baptist Medical Center is a 494-bed, acute care facility located on 55 acres in West St. Louis County. A member of BJC HealthCare System, Missouri Baptist offers a broad scope of services including a world-renowned heart center, cancer center and orthopedic center. The outstanding reputation of its cardiothoracic surgeons has drawn patients from around the world to its Heart Center for bypass surgery, valve replacements, and pacemaker implants.
