Entering Lincoln through the North 27th Street Corridor, one will find that this entrance to the city is marked by a host of retailers. These mass merchandisers offer convenient shopping to those traveling from smaller towns as well as to locals looking to stock up on furniture, electronics and groceries.

Within the city limits, Westfield Shoppingtown Gateway boasts more than 95 stores in an indoor mall setting, featuring everything from nationally known clothing chains and department stores to locally-owned specialty shops. The city's open-air mall, SouthPointe Pavilions, features more than 50 upscale stores and restaurants as well as a multiplex movie theater.

The Historic Haymarket District adjacent to downtown Lincoln is home to the city's finest antique shops, as well as unique restaurants, bars, and art studios. Within the Haymarket, Lazlo's Brewery and Grill manufactures its famous Empyrean Ales which are distributed throughout the state.
