Hanover and Norwich are small towns with big-city tastes. Between Hanover and Norwich, if you prefer Italian or Indian, Chinese or Mexican, Japanese, Korean, French, Thai, pub fare or continental cuisine, you can find it here. Visit when the weather is warm, and you will find that many of our restaurants have outdoor seating in the summer. A cornerstone of the community is Lou’s Restaurant, a tradition since 1947 and a favorite breakfast gathering place for locals and visitors alike. For a touch of the North Country, several places offer bistro food and live music in an Adirondack setting. Just outside of town, Jesse’s serves steaks and seafood in a log cabin that calls to mind an Alaskan adventure or visit The Norwich Inn which offers both a micro-brew pub featuring their own Jasper Murdoch brew, and classic New England charm.
