Transportation networks for local and long distance movement of people, goods and services, also provide easy access to the cultural and recreational offerings of New York, the Jersey shore, mountain resorts, the PNC Bank Arts Center and the NJ Performing Arts Center (NJ PAC), all of which can all be easily reached in less than one hour. Travel time to “America’s Favorite Playground,” Atlantic City, and all of its casinos and entertainment is approximately 90 minutes.
People in local industries who live great distances from Edison often find it very convenient and profitable in terms of travel time to continue their employment here.
