The Canandaigua Area Chamber of Commerce is the community’s full-time advocate for the business interests and the quality of life in the Canandaigua area. Soon approaching its 100th anniversary, the Chamber serves in a leadership role to grow the quality of life in the greater Canandaigua area.

As a membership organization with more than 850 members, the Chamber works through a qualified staff and diverse committees to enhance the value of every Chamber membership. The Chamber sponsors events which bring together Chamber members and the community, promoting the interests of the participants. It holds meetings, discussion groups, presentations on topics of interest to its members and to the community, as well as a number of social events, all with an eye toward improving the ways we do business and to maintain and improve the Canandaigua quality of life. The Chamber is also a center for information and dissemination of ideas, using public forums, the talents of our members and staff, and a wide variety of available publications to keep our residents and visitors alike informed about the issues and the opportunities in Canandaigua.

The opportunities to become involved in the Chamber’s work are many and varied.
