The Tri-State area is to have several providers of healthcare. Located in Port Jervis is Bon Secours Community Hospital, A 187-bed bed facility with satellite offices. The facility also has a 46-bed skilled nursing facility. The medical staff consists of over 100 highly skilled physicians. The emergency department offers comprehensive services 24 hours daily, 7 days a week. The hospital also offers services at the McAuley Primary Care Center. The Bon Secours Care Center and the Upper Delaware Cancer Center are located in Milford, PA.

The area is also served by Newton Memorial Hospital and the Wallkill Valley Hospital, both of which are located in Sussex County, NJ, and HOrton Medical Center in Middletown, NY.
