Established in 1951, Johnston Memorial Hospital offers quality medical care and advanced technology to people of Johnston County. The facility includes space for one hundred and forty five medical and surgical beds, a ten-bed intensive care unit, and twenty psychiatric beds.
The Women’s Pavilion and Healthquest Wellness Center are examples of the hospital’s continued growth. Located in the Cleveland Community is Quickmed Urgent Care Center, one of several satellite facilities, provided by Johnston Memorial Hospital.
With three doctors and a nurse practitioner, you will find attentive and qualified staff, offering medical care to our area children at Kid’s Care Pediatrics. They currently accept new patients and major medical insurance. An after hours triage nurse line is also available to Kid’s Care patients. Office visits are by appointment only.
Medicap Pharmacy, with two area locations, is a full service pharmacy accepting all insurances. Owner, Lance Wheeler, Pharm. D., provides personal service without the long wait. On site vaccine programs are available as well as consultations for many of your healthcare needs. Medicap also offers specialty compounding for women and men’s health and all of your animals’ needs for medication.
