The pioneers who settled Barberton-Summit in the early 1800s brought strong faith and strong religious beliefs reflected in the stately and historic houses of worship. Faith remains a big part of community life here.

Churches sprinkled throughout the area provide a focal point for faith, family gathering, and community service. Nearly every denomination is well represented.
