"WE
ARE WHERE PEOPLE WANT TO BE" Both Stow and Munroe
Falls want to do business with you! Although business in both communities
has continued to grow steadily over the past 10 years, there are still
prime locations to build and develop a business. One of the prominent features of the Stow community is its 1,200 acres of industrial-zoned land on the north end of the city. This Commerce Drive/Hudson Drive/Allen Road area serves as home to many small and medium-sized manufacturing facilities. A wide variety of products are created here, with a major emphasis on adhesives, rubber, polymer, molds and tools. Approximately 800
additional acres in the northwest section, Seasons Road Industrial Area,
are zoned for industrial and office use and will be available for development.
A major interchange is planned to connect this area with State Route 8,
the north/south connector. Munroe Falls, also,
has opportunities for light industrial growth, with property available
for development or current facilities ready to lease. The city is proud
of its established manufacturers, such as SGS Tool, which has its world
headquarters in the city, Superior Mold and Die and many others. Commercial and service facilities in both communities have kept pace with the residential growth as well. Several new shopping centers have been built in recent years with major anchors such as Target, CVS, Wal-Mart, Lowes, Walgreens, Kohls, Office Max, Giant Eagle and TOPS. Space is still available in both communities for your business! RESOURCES City of Stow Planning Department 330-689-2819 City of Munroe Falls 330-688-7491
