The Streetsboro Area Chamber of Commerce exists to promote and serve the business community so that our organization plays a key role in shaping the future of Greater Streetsboro. The Chamber is in its 33rd year of serving local businesses.

The Streetsboro Area Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit organization representing over 160 companies and other associations. Our purpose is to promote business within Streetsboro, help maintain and further develop the economic well being of the community. The Chamber provides a forum for local businesses to share concerns, pool resources, and take action to address and resolve challenges. The Chamber is involved in many community and business events that promote the city to the surrounding communities in Portage County. The Streetsboro Area Chamber of Commerce is involved in many activities that improve the business community including: providing businesses and individuals with relocation information, recruiting and maintaining new businesses and industry, and communicating business issues to local government.

Through our affiliation with the Northern Ohio Area Chamber of Commerce, we offer local businesses discounts and savings on health insurance, life and disability insurance, workers’ compensation group rates, retirement plans, cellular phone service, long distance and local telephone service, natural gas discounts, freight/overnight delivery, employee testing discounts, employee wellness programs, mortgage brokerage, web site development, and credit card processing.

PUBLICATIONS

The Streetsboro Area Chamber of Commerce provides the following publications to its members and local residents by request: The Chamber Hub; the Streetsboro Business Directory and Buyers Guide; the Streetsboro Community Map and History; and the Streetsboro Image Book.

CHAMBER EVENTS

The Streetsboro Area Chamber of Commerce holds many annual events. These events are meant to bring our city together in support of Streetsboro. The Chamber emphasizes the need to involve the Streetsboro business community, the school district, city government, and residents in each of these events. Through our efforts, continuous communication is achieved throughout all entities of the City of Streetsboro.
