The Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce is the organization of choice for tomorrow’s entrepreneurs and leaders in the new manufacturing economy. Whether you’re a new business looking for the infrastructure and access to talent to move forward, or an established organization driven to apply imagination and ingenuity to the business you’re in, here you’ll find the business expertise, advocacy, buying power and connections to accelerate your opportunity.
We’re here to help businesses in northwest Ohio succeed and grow. Over the past year, 460 clients took advantage of the business expertise available through our Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and Minority Business Assistance Center (MBAC.) Services offered include everything from providing business planning and financial analysis to assistance completing certification applications and accessing new opportunities. The SBDC clients we helped employ more than 2,000 workers and are responsible for more than $224 million in sales. Additionally, more than $570,000 in contracts has been awarded to MBAC clients.
Through our continued advocacy efforts, we are protecting our members’ interests, keeping them informed and giving them a voice in shaping public policy and supporting good government. We recently took a leadership role alongside eight other Ohio Major Metro Chambers in identifying and recommending sweeping changes designed to help Ohio improve economic performance and reduce costs.

The ideas that emerged from the State Government Productivity Improvement Project addressed the need for our state government to become more flexible, adaptable and innovative – and to look for ways to improve services and heighten productivity.
We also continue to save our members time and money on the products and services they need to run their businesses effectively and efficiently. Leveraging the buying power of the membership base is helping more than 70 percent of our membership reduce their cost of doing business. By working with our vendor partners, we are constantly striving to improve our programs, which offer savings on natural gas and electric energy costs, workers’ compensation premiums, health insurance, office supplies and more.
Through Chamber membership, our members are making important business connections, not only with one another, but with our community, young professionals and government officials as well. We offer more than 100 networking and educational opportunities, attended by thousands of participants each year. That does not begin to take into account our social media followers, our young professional members in EPIC Toledo and our dedicated committee volunteers.
We encourage you to utilize this Membership Directory and Community Resource Guide to make some connections of your own with our members. Together we can continue to strengthen the wonderful community that is the Toledo Region – Heart of the New Manufacturing Economy.
