Education
The main school district serving the Exton Region is the Downingtown Area School District. Comprised of 9 elementary schools, two middle schools, and two high schools, the district has a total enrollment of approximately 11,000 students. Also serving portions of the Exton Region are the West Chester School District, Great Valley School District, Owen J. Roberts School District and the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District. The Exton area is also served by parochial and private schools including Bishop Shanahan High School and Villa Maria Academy.
