Creative Outlets
There is no doubt that the area is loaded with enough tourist attractions, shops and restaurants to keep visitors and residents busy for days or even weeks. However, for those who choose to call Upper Bucks County home, it is also brimming with culture and opportunities for creative expression.
Sellersville Theater 1894, a historic building converted for performances, features live music, theater and comedians. The Katie Stauffer Memorial Arts Center is named after a talented young artist/concert pianist who died in car crash in 2003. Its owners and operators honor her memory and love of the arts by teaching lessons in painting, sculpture, guitar, drawing and more. The Greenshire Arts Consortium is a holistic outreach organization with workshops on creative arts, herbal studies, nutritional cooking, life coaching, leadership development and more. The Consortium will also soon feature a reading room and an art gallery.
Upper Bucks residents have a need to express themselves about the things that matter to them most. Luckily for them, they have plenty of outlets through which to do so.
