Fellow Chamber Members, Citizens of Our Area & Visitors,
The Tri-County Regional Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present the 2008-2009 business, industry, community, and membership guide. This guide is an overall look at the region we serve — eastern Orangeburg, upper Dorchester and western Berkeley counties. It is the area’s most comprehensive source for services, products, and networking contacts. If you have questions about our wonderful region, please call either Chamber office — Holly Hill at 888-568-5646 or St. George at 800-788-5646. You may choose to check out our website at www.tri-crcc.com or to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This updated guide will reach the public throughout the United States at interstate welcome centers, at travel/tourism shows, through responses to thousands of inquiries from our website, and through various other distribution avenues. This book will promote the area as being so diverse that it provides great opportunities for business, industry, and social climates to flourish and succeed. We encourage — even urge — you to support the some 300 members of the Chamber of Commerce by using your directory when doing business in the Tri-County Regional Chamber of Commerce area.
Our members have joined their resources to accomplish a specific mission, stated as follows: “The Tri-County Regional Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to serving its members and communities by taking a proactive role in improving the general welfare, prosperity, and quality of life for all citizens of the Tri-County Regional Chamber of Commerce area.” Also quite specific is the Chamber’s purpose, stated as follows: “The Tri-County Regional Chamber of Commerce will seek to accomplish its mission by focusing particular attention and emphasis on (a) advancing and stimulating economic, commercial, agricultural, and industrial growth and development, (b) promoting tourism, (c) providing quality education, and (d) advancing civic and cultural interests.
On behalf of the Chamber’s officers, directors, staff, and members, I hope this directory will be a convenient way to find the information, services and businesses that are important to you. Lastly, I trust it will portray our Tri-County area for what it truly is: a profitable place to locate a business, a comfortable place to live, and a perfect place to vacation.
In Chamber leadership,
Teresa Mizzell Hatchell

The Chamber promotes economic development for new and expanding industries in an effort to stimulate additional capital investments, create more and better paying jobs for our citizens, and to diversify and broaden the tax base.
Our Tri-County Region enjoys a comfortable climate and an abundance of business and cultural opportunities. Here you’ll find peaceful living combined with convenient access to some of the state’s most important metropolitan centers, its pristine lakes, as well as its swamps, beaches, rivers and woodlands.
Whether you’re a newcomer, visitor or longtime resident, we know you’ll find our community profile and membership directory informative and entertaining.
