While the most literal definition of our community is defined by imaginary lines that divide us into cities, counties and neighborhoods, the community the Burleson Area Chamber serves goes far beyond the lines on a map. Our community is made up of people who support each other in every possible way.
If you’ll join one of the Chamber’s committees, you’ll see exactly what we mean. Members who would typically be competitors put their competitive spirit to the side and work together toward a common goal. In the long run, everyone benefits from this “community thinking.” This is the type of thinking that helps to make the Burleson Area Chamber of Commerce one of the best there is.
In addition to the philosophy of mutual purpose our members embody, the Chamber owes its success to its partnership with the City of Burleson. By working hand-in-hand with the City and Johnson County, the Burleson Chamber has been able to continuously take the pulse of our local community. We’re able to serve as the liaison between the population of Burleson, the businesses of the Burleson area and the city.
