Chamber Membership

Duncanville Chamber of Commerce

As a new member, you just hired your Chamber.

The Chamber acts on your behalf...

As a watch-dog to protect your interest in state and national legislation that may affect your business and community.

To work for more and better job opportunities for the people who patronize your business.

To promote a good public image of your community for business and industry.

Brochures Displayed
Business members may display flyers or brochures in the Chamber office.

Chamber Seal
Members have free access to the Chamber of Commerce seal — used for exporting merchandise.

The Connection
All new members and renewing members for the month are listed in the newsletter, which highlights Chamber activities and opportunities for involvement. Advertising opportunities are available.

Economic and Demographic Information
Contact the Chamber for demographic information that will help in your business planning.

Electronic Inserts (e-serts) in Newsletter
Business members may include an e-sert in the monthly newsletter. The first e-sert is at a reduced rate for new members. All you have to do is provide us with your flyer, and we will do the rest.

Fun After Five Mixers
Once a month, members get together at a Chamber member business to enjoy great food from local restaurants and network in a relaxed atmosphere. There is a great deal of business being transacted as individual business representatives get to know each other and their fellow chamber members.

Internet
All members are listed by Name and Business Category on the Chamber website, www.duncanvillechamber.org. Your listing includes a link to your homepage and/or e-mail. The business member can input their own business description, hours of operation, location and six keywords that will identify their business when using the directory search. All this can be done by your own user name and password. With Chamber Master, the online membership directory, each member, for a minimal fee, has the capability to post jobs, "Hot Deals," coupons or special offers and even post their own pre-approved events on the Chamber Calendar. With the convenience of the "email to a friend" link, visitors of the Chamber website can inform their friends and family on what's happening at the Chamber.

Lists and Labels
Reduced rates are offered for Chamber member lists and labels. Your first set of printed labels is free of charge.

Marketing on the Main Street Chamber Marquee
Great marketing opportunities exist on Duncanville's landmark marquee. Weekly rates include both sides: $85 for members and $225 for non-members.
