Government
Graham operates under a Council-Manager form of government. Residents rely on a strong public safety network that includes a 23-member police department and a fire department that is staffed by 12 full-time employees, four part-time employees and 12 volunteers. Emergency medical service includes five ambulances and eight EMS personnel. Twelve Sheriff Deputies, five Texas State Troopers and one Texas Ranger also ensure the safety of the area.
