For more than 100 years, the Grand Prairie Independent School District (GPISD) has been providing educational excellence to the school children of the Grand Prairie community. Located in a growing section of Dallas County, the GPISD has seen rapid growth over the past several years. The GPISD currently has 37 campuses to accommodate more than 25,000 students.

The Arlington Independent School District
The Arlington Independent School District (AISD) meets the challenge of providing quality education to over 62,000 children through 74 school campuses. As the eighth-largest school district in Texas, AISD is home to many Grand Prairie residents who reside in Tarrant County.

Mansfield Independent School District
Mansfield ISD is the second fastest growing school district in Texas with a student population of nearly 23,000. Located in the heart of North Texas, the MISD spans 94.5 square miles in Tarrant and Johnson Counties. Within its borders, it takes in sections of Mansfield, south Arlington, west Grand Prairie, the community of Rendon, as well as other areas. For the past five years, MISD has maintained a growth rate of nine to 13 percent in student population.
