Hereford's "Moovie Six" offers the latest in movie releases. Of the six movies offered, parents can be sure there will be one suitable for small children and family viewing.

The community Concert Association feeds cultural appetites by offering four to six programs a year. These concerts feature outstanding professional performers from all over the world. The Chamber Singers, made up of local musical and vocal talent, provide outstanding entertainment throughout the year.

Hereford is situated between two major lakes with opportunities for fishing, camping, boating, and more. Historic Palo Duro Canyon State Park, with its famous outdoor theater production, "Texas!" is less than an hour away.

On the way to Palo Duro Canyon you can stop by Buffalo Lake Wildlife Refuge near Umbarger and the Panhandle-Plains Museum on the campus of West Texas A&M University at Canyon.
Amarillo's American Quarter Horse Heritage Center and Museum, along with the AQHA Headquarters, is a quick forty-five miles from Hereford.
