The Texas A&M Health Science Center recently added the Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy, which is located on the Texas A&M University-Kingsville campus. This pharmacy school was created in response to the shortage of pharmacists in the border region. The College of Pharmacy’s curriculum is designed to provide students with the foundation to be a general practitioner who possesses the core knowledge and skills needed to provide pharmaceutical care.
