Oak Cliff is located in the heart of Dallas, providing all the benefits of living in a big city, while preserving a small-town feeling. For years Oak Cliff has been a thriving center for both business and economic development.
Oak Cliff is home to the Dallas Zoo, Methodist Health System, the headquarters of the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), three colleges, two universities and a variety of other businesses and services. We are the southern gateway to the “Trinity River Project,” which is striving to change the landscape of Dallas and bring a San Antonio river walk concept to our community.
Oak Cliff is also home to the historic Bishop Arts District, which offers a town square-type shopping experience and includes some of the most popular restaurants in Dallas. With an abundance of diverse neighborhoods, Oak Cliff has a means to fit everyone’s lifestyle. The Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to preserving this eclectic area.
